The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the river Warta, surrounded by numerous forests, which influences clean air. There are two outdoor seating areas next to the cottage, which are very useful on hot days from the north. Next to the cottage you'll find a terrace overlooking the grassy landscapes of ultra-plants from which you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The ability to explore the neighborhood from a bird's eye view. To the beach by the river 15min walk or the second located behind the river 25 min.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a post-German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a terrace of 70 m plus a half-timbered house, the appliances of the old village have been preserved. Possibility to use the private library in the part of the house that the hosts live. The meadow is a natural wildlife environment. The patio (lunch and lounge area) is also used to observe nature. Next to the house, old orchard (hammocks) sunny and shaded places for those looking for peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Folwark Wójtostwo in Pyzdrach

A farmhouse located on the outskirts of Nadwarciański's Landscape Park (the land of the water and goldfish birds) and the Pyzdr Forest (the land of “iron houses”). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: “Wójtostwo” is historic. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski. The guest cottage is located in the annex at the turn of the 18th/19th. Hosts provide full information about the neighborhood. Catering is available. Free parking. We accept pets for a fee of 50 zł per night.

🏡Ignacówka is a cozy house under the forest. We are in the Polish countryside, on the border of Wielkopolska and Łódź Voivodeship. The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused ever since. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
