Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Located in the countryside in a peaceful area, it is 5 minutes from the village (supermarket and all shops), 10 minutes from Vannes and 20 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
