Limited shopping in the valley itself. In Hersbruck and Altdorf there are supermarkets and organic shops. 30 minutes by car, by train in 15 minutes from Hersbruck to Nuremberg. We keep bees and an old breed of sheep.

From the spacious terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the river, the old town of Laufer, the water bridge and the neighboring Barth'schen Park. A REWE supermarket with bakery is only 200 m away. Laufer market square with its shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
