Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Sjöstugan - our pearl!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Erik's cabin, Skedebäckshult

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870, located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private homeland park with barbecues and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is available. On the plot is also an 18th century house you can look into. It is 12 minutes into Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glass cabin and swimming lake.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Stand-alone newly built apartment building in central Kalmar. Approximately 30 sqm large incl. sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Open in knock. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar castle/bathing area and 4km drive to the Öland bridge.

Approximately 10 min walk to Nybro center, about 20 min by car to Kalmar and 30 min to Öland, this fully furnished accommodation is two rooms and kitchen (about 47 sqm) with private entrance and free parking. Within walking distance is MC Donald, restaurant/pizzeria, Malkas gym and O&B, about 800 m. Nybros ice rink, 700 m Bus stop, 200 m Riksglasskolan A campsite with a swimming lake, 300 m. Slalom slope and ski and exercise trails about 2.5 km.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
