Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

ATTENTION: PAS DE JACUZZI MAIS UN SAUNA (18h/21h ; 12€ la séance) Piscine UNIQUEMENT entre le 01/06 et le 30/09, réservations uniquement du samedi au samedi durant cette période (1 sem mini).

Situé en haut du village et en bordure de la forêt, c'est un lieu idéal pour pratiquer la randonnée pédestre, cycliste ou VTT. En option nous proposons la mise à disposition de deux VTT électriques pour découvrir la richesse des alentours (nature, patrimoine, panoramas) en laissant votre voiture au parking.

Pyrenees rock house, spectacular views, garden

Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Sa terrasse en bois de 30m2 avec sa vue imprenable sur la montagne vous laissera un souvenir inoubliable, une lumière particulière venant des falaises de granit et de schistes. Pas de vis-à-vis. Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
