An excellent stay. To start with, the place is a LOT bigger than the pictures suggest! It’s decorated well and you immediately feel calm on entering. The kitchen is absolutely huge dominated by a nice island. The bedrooms are large and beds pretty comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

Thank you for our stay- the location was just right for us; walking distance to the university, Queens Road and Leicester centre. The hosts were very quick to respond to any communication.

Such a beautiful home to stay in. We had a family get together and the location and house were perfect. Lots of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. We really enjoyed using the games room to play pool and darts. Would definitely recommend for family stays.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, located in a quiet area. Appreciated the treats in the kitchen upon arrival. The kids enjoyed Netflix. Bernadette was a very responsive host, and helped us with transportation options. This was our home away from home during our time in Leicester!

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We found everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful. There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

We were only staying one night so not much opportunity to explore the area. Accommodation was very well thought out and perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view from the balcony - wished we were staying longer! Make sure you screen shot the get-in instructions (which were very clear). I failed to do this and had to disturb Clare to let us in as I couldn’t get online. I chose it for proximity to the Canine Partners national training centre and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I were to make another visit

We had the pleasure of having our colleague Tom stay here, and he absolutely LOVED the apartment! It’s such a beautiful space—well-furnished, modern, and up-to-date. Khalid is an AMAZING host—always super accommodating, helpful, and just a message away! This is the second apartment we've booked with him, and we can’t recommend it enough. Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

We had a great stay whilst visiting our son at Warwick University. Julie‘s place is great, very convenient and just as described. Julie is very helpful and the complimentary treats left in the fridge were very much appreciated by everyone. Many thanks and we hope to visit again.

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and lovely views both from downstairs and the bedroom. The little touches during our stay really stood out - loved the croissants, milk and OJ! Really liked the level of light (natural and artificial) and mirrors in the stay. Linen smelt really fresh and clean. The booklet with information was so helpful. Communication was great from Martin throughout, we mentioned it would have been helpful for us to arrive earlier than standard check in time and he prepared the place to be ready for us sooner - we met him as we were leaving and he was super friendly. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again.

This tiny space is cleverly designed and to a very high standard. Immaculately clean. Claire has ensured you have all you could want, including loads of toiletries and tea and coffee. There is a nice dog walk near by and you’re about a ten minute drive from Corby, Kettering and market Harbourough. The spread eagle pub is about 15 minutes walk with a nice beer garden. This compact and bijoux place gets 5 stars from me!

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

It’s the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Sue has thought of everything. It was homely, cosy, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. It was lovely sitting in the conservatory eating our meals and looking out on the garden watching the birds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a very lovely touch. The shower was lovely and hot. It was a lovely base to start our exploration of Rutland and we are already planning our next trip back. It is nice to know that we have found a home from home to stay in. Thank you Sue.
