Monthly Rentals in Oak Hill

Oh my goodness, we LOVED staying at the Studio. Our host, Elissa was great and so responsive when we thought the WiFi went out (all it took was a reset!). This is the perfect space for a couple or small family near the Gorge. Both check in and check out were a breeze, and it was super convenient to be able to walk over the grocery store if needed. Would 1000% book again. We will definitely be checking out their other listings as well in the area!

Very nice and quaint place. Decorated beautifully with lots of antique furniture. Great location for hiking NRG. I also recommend the Taco Tequila Bar in Fayetteville.

Adam was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. He was quick to respond to my communications and made it clear that if there was anything -- anything -- that I needed for the stay that he was at the ready to help. The house is filled with really nice touches -- beautiful original artwork and pottery, interesting books, soft cotton sheets, OEKO-TEX quilts on beds, locally-made soap, etc. Adam clearly put a lot of thought into making the airbnb a special space. Loved the outdoor swing on the front porch. Great place for morning coffee or tea. : )

Quant little spot in the heart of home for me! I grew up about 20 minutes from Oak Hill and we come back home for visits occasionally. On this trip, we were able to score this air bnb for the weekend. As a local, I’d highly recommend their spot! If you’re coming to visit like us, to explore our Wild and Wonderful Mountians, raft the New River Waters or just passing through, David and his wife’s place is the place to be! Several sleeping options, bathroom on the smaller side if you’re a full grown bear 😆 but manageable, great kitchen and appliances to use. For whatever reason you are in the area, this spot won’t disappoint!
