Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Suburb of Nuremberg approx. 50 m² large 2 room flat on the 2nd floor over 4 overnight places. The nearest S-Bahn station (Unterasbach) is approx. 3 min on foot, with connections to Nuremberg city centre (~10 min S-Bahn), airport (~25 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), trade fair (~26 min, S-Bahn, U-Bahn), Ansbach (~32 min, S-Bahn), Südwestpark (~5 min, S-Bahn). The very bright and newly furnished apartment is in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and shopping for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The metro stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. The journey time to Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by metro and 12 minutes to the exhibition centre.

Half-timbered house Hufschmiede "Ludwig Suite"

Unsere Wohnungen im etwa 500 Jahre altem Fachwerkhaus wurde im Juli 2024 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in der schönen Altstadt von Zirndorf. In der alten Huf und Wagenschmiede ist im EG unser Feinkostladen "Genuss Pur" mit Weinausschank. Im OG befinden sich unsere vier Ferienwohnungen Wir sind leider nicht barrierefrei, die Treppen sind steil, die Türen niedrig. Wer die BESONDERE Unterkunft sucht ist bei uns aber absolut richtig.

This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Stein, about 3 km from Nuremberg. The apartment is located in the basement in our house and has underfloor heating. You can park on the street in front of the house. We have done our best to make the apartment cozy and hope that all our guests will feel very comfortable.
