Quiet city location with highway connection south (A8) and fast tram connection to the city center. It is a spacious, modern apartment with kitchen equipment and 40 m² garden with terrace in a south-facing location. Perfect for discovering Munich and coming to rest in the apartment in the evening. My family and I take care of check-in and are available for questions at any time.

This is my main living space. I travel a lot so it only makes sense to use it as a rental unit as well. It s not a place for people that look for hotel like accomodations, but more for young free spirited travelers. You will have access to the full space, with all that it comes and still have a dedicated space for your personal stuff. My request is to treat the place with respect, care and I hope my place will give you a feeling of coazynes and home like.

The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood: Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8-min walk or 1-min bus. 15-min drive to Marienplatz.
