For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
