The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative neighborhood in the center of Munich. A few meters away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Upon entering the room you will see in front of you the bright bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has NO kitchen. On the left then high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.
