The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters at the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 min. to the highway, 25 min to Therme Erding, 25 min to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, Allianz Arena, Lake Chiemsee, the mountains, or BayernPark. The bus stop (MVV 470) is 200 meters away and goes directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
