Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

A separate apartment with balcony, parking place and Wi-Fi

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

You get the entire property with separate bathrooms in a house with garden and fireplace near the train station/center of Oberhausen. The house offers a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds, so that a total of at least 8 people can stay here. The cozy apartment is located between the Ruhr area and Münsterland, in a coal mining town. The 50 m² apartment is waiting for your visit. The flat has its own entrance. On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, noodles, etc. in the kitchen cabinet. If you have sunny weather, you can also have a barbecue on your own terrace. A small grill and charcoal are available for you. (A butcher shop is also right next door) You also have a fireplace and your own sauna to relax.
