The fully equipped "Kontor" apartment - on the upper floor with 74 m² for 4 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Have fun and relax with the whole family or friends in this stylish and cozy place. Very well located near the center of town with a unique ski jumping view. Suitable for 2-5 persons incl. kitchen, bathroom, living area and 2 bedrooms. We have tried to think of everything so that you can enjoy your time in Oberhof. Parking is free right in front of the house. In the village, there is a supermarket and several restaurants, all within walking distance. The bus goes to the train to Zella-Mehlis.

Das 107 qm große Ferienhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, sowie darunter ein Schlafzimmer mit anschließendem Ankleideraum und ein Bad. Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.

This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.
