Maria is a sweet caring woman who warmly welcomes us. She takes all the time in the tour of the apartment. When the door to the room opens, you will be treated to a great view. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. Everything is in perfect order. Next to the apartment is a garden that you can use. She is so sweet to put the cushions in the chairs. If you have any questions, she is immediately available and has plenty of time for us. The apartment has a charging facility for your EV, which is practical. The only thing we missed was a broom (e.g. from Ikea Pepprig). Then you can sweep up the crumbs/hair from time to time, which is nice and tidy. Maria's argument is: you have a holiday, then you don't have to do that. That's Maria.

We highly recommend this beautiful place! Everything was very clean. The furnishings are well thought out and of high quality, decorated with attention to detail. The location is also very suitable as a starting point for hikes. The car can be easily parked in the underground garage or on the side of the road.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is so stylish and clean. The location and the view were a dream, it was so relaxing and yet you could do things. The terrace with the view was our favorite place. Christian and Larissa were great hosts. They were quickly available for questions, showed us everything necessary in the apartment and also gave recommendations for activities. We would love to come back

Stephan's place is a lovely studio apartment. Very modern and clean, I loved staying there. ❤️ The pool area looks lovely! I struggled a bit with my heavy suitcase, up to the 3rd floor with no lift but I was expecting that. It's an easy 10 minutes walk to the waterfront or 15 minutes scooter ride (Dott App) to the Messe Friedrichshafen for conferences. Be aware there's no Uber or English speaking taxis, but Stephan was so lovely to book me a taxi from the station and back again! I would definitely stay again.

Our stay with Heike and Martin was simply fantastic. The apartment is not only super modern and stylishly furnished, but also designed with so much love and a sense of coziness that we felt at home from the first moment. Heike and Martin are wonderful hosts – warm, attentive and always there for you when you need something. You can feel that they really care about their guests. 😊 The location of the apartment was perfect for us: pleasantly quiet, but still everything important can be reached in a few minutes – whether the Edeka, the delicious pizzeria or beautiful excursion destinations in the area. We felt so comfortable that we immediately decided to come back twice next year. 🤩 Dear Heike, dear Martin – thank you for your warm manner and hospitality and your beautiful accommodation. We are already looking forward to seeing you again! ❤️

We had a really nice time in Meg & René's apartment. The location is great, you can walk to Lindau Island or the harbor in a few minutes. There is an Edeka directly in the house, a very good bakery opposite (even open on Sundays!) and an ice cream parlor. Also practical: parking and charging station right at the door. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we felt completely comfortable. Of course, there are minor signs of wear here and there, but that's completely normal and didn't bother us. We especially liked the personal welcome with lots of helpful information and tips. The communication before the stay also went smoothly and was very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant accommodation in a great location for a stay at Lake Constance - we would come back anytime!

Beautiful house with large garden. Nice neighbors. Quiet location. Could go almost anywhere by bike. Good facilities for children. Great excursion destinations in the area: Rapunzel is highly recommended. The Eistobel is a dream with children in good weather. Bike tours around Isny are beautiful.

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

The place was perfect for us as a family. Equipped with everything you need, great communication for questions. We felt right at home from the first moment.

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Lukas was great host, always available by message. House is as described, beautiful living room, peaceful surroundings. easy to check-in. I recommend it.

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

A really great accommodation – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: incredibly warm, helpful and always approachable. You can tell that she is there with a lot of love and attention for her guests. We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach many places relatively quickly by car and you can also take beautiful walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you can't wish for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests...gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU !!!

The accommodation was easy to find and is located in a beautiful area that invites you to walk. It was quiet and the accommodation was clean and lovingly furnished. The hosts also responded quickly, but I only saw it when I was back in the apartment, as I had limited internet on my phone while on the go. 😅 You just have to see how you want to walk from the train station to the accommodation. We walked different paths and then found the perfect path for us. In addition, the environment is so beautiful that we quickly forgot how much we actually walked. What we then also had to pay attention to was that we did not bring any animals into the accommodation. 😅😂 There was a situation where we wanted to open the front door and then a frog was sitting at the bottom of the door. Fortunately, we saw it in time. I can definitely recommend it 🙏🙏

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
