Amazing stay. Near to sbahn.

Very nice location close to the beautiful palace. Quiet and peaceful area. Good connection to Munich and nearby towns. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. The wifi connection was good enough for me to have a zoom call. I recommend!

Matthias's place is 10 mins walk from nearest S-bahn,S1. Note that from munich train train to that S-bahn station is 22 mins. Train interval to Munich central is 20mins apart. There is a big supermarket just outside the S-bahn station. If it is a Sunday, it is closed but there is another small mart beside. His airbnb is located on a quiet neighbourhood, looks like commercial area. The unit is on 2nd flr with staircase access. Entire building is his. His airbnb has everything, ranging from cereal, spaghetti sauce n spaghetti to Netflix paid tv. The sofa beds were suitably comfy. As stated, only one toilet with separate washer n dryer. He has pampered his guests with his modern furnishings style and accessories. The living rm is big enough for 6-8pax. I would recommend families who drives here, otherwise dragging luggage across the road, is really no kidding. Ample time must be set aside for travelling to town since train interval is not short. Other than that, airbnb is great like home.
