Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Ruhig Lage jedoch mit guter Verkehranbindung in alle Richtungen. In ca. 7 Gehminuten zur Stadbahnhaltestelle. In ca. 5 Fahrminuten zu den Autobahnauffahrten in alle Richtungen. Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Wir bieten ein großzügiges Apartment mit Blick auf den Wunnenstein. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine vor kurzem renovierte, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene 2 ½ Zimmer Nichtraucherwohnung mit 44 qm und einem großem, sonnigen Balkon im 1.Stock. Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Live in a completely renovated apartment directly above Germany's third largest wine barrel. This unique apartment is located in the heart of Pfedelbach in the so-called "Langer Bau" from 1600. Directly under the bedroom is the former wine cellar of the Prince of Hohenlohe where the wine barrel still stands today. The elegant and functional furnishings leave nothing to be desired. There is also a private parking space right in front of the apartment. There is also a small private terrace.

Welcome to our cozy top-floor apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, kettle. In the living room there is a cozy sofa for resting and watching TV. The apartment is super central. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Shopping (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, Burger King, McDonald's) within walking distance in a few minutes. Nevertheless, super quiet and from the small terrace you have great views of the vineyards.

The granny flat is directly with us in the single-family house and has its own entrance. It is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat and the cackling of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. As a family with 3 older kids, we look forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!
