The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
