Superfast fibre broadband 500mgb It is surrounded by stunning rural views and is very quiet. Sumptuous, cosy and welcoming are just a few of the words that describe this charming escape. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

Pretty 2 bedroom home with private garden.

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. Enjoy having the best night's sleep ever (on our kingsize Eve memory foam mattress & Octasmart topper) and waking up to birdsong! You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden. There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
