This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Beside the beautiful terrace there is a newly built swimming pool in. The apartment Maya 2. is located 3 kilometers from historycal center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the airport. UNESCOs citys Split and Trogir are very close to House and National park Krka is only 30 kilometer distance from apartman.
