Good tumbling space both for both outside and inside. No traffic noise.

In Hovden there is little light pollution and it provides good opportunities to see the northern lights in the period August to March. The midnight sun lasts from mid-May to mid-July, a few weeks before and after this period the nights are as bright as the days.

Welcome to a unique holiday home in the stunning archipelago of Vesterålen. Here you can enjoy your holiday with outdoor activities such as fishing, paddling and hiking in lovely nature. Barkestad has a good harbour with a vibrant fishing weather, and fishing has long been an important commercial route in the area. Fishing from both land and boat is possible. You can get to the island via fast boat from Myre or Skjellfjorden - or your own/rented boat if you have this available.

Nice, romantic small house by the sea in Vesterålen. Really good opportunities for nature walking, fishing and so on, or if you just want to enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting by the sea a few meters from the house. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom in the first floor. TV-room, toilet and room with washmachine/ dryer in the basement. Wifi installed. We have a kayak, bicycle and a small boat with oars that can be used by the house's guests.

Kort vei til havnen hvor det også er mulig å få leid båt for fiske med og uten skipper. Det er 3 soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser. Alt av utstyr på kjøkken ink gasskomfyr. TV både oppe og nede, samt trådløst internett. Perfekt sted for å nyte Nyksund både for familie og par på tur.
