Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, upper bed 140 cm and lower 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Northern Öland

Welcome to a newly built cottage on the west coast of northern Öland! The cottage is surrounded by pine trees and forest, with walking distance to the sea (about 20 min) and the lake (about 4 min) in a quiet area. After a day on the beach, after excursions or after fishing in the lake, you can cook some good food in the cottage and walk down to the sea and watch the sun go down next to Blå Jungfrun. If it should rain one day, you can crawl up on the big sofa and watch series or play board games.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. You first drive over 3 islands and 2 bridges, through forest and forest paths, then you come here. We call it Wolke 401 (Cloud 401) because it's like heaven here: peace, wind, water, canoe, swimming pool, sauna, grill, bicycles, whirlpool, massage chair. And most importantly: a good hi-fi system that can even be heard in the conservatory and in the bathroom. We travel a lot and find it a pity if Wolke 401 is alone for so long... A boat for with 15HP outboard motor for 20€/day can be rented.

Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door.
