NOTE: Stairs up to the apartment. Toilet/shower/sauna are on the lower floor, you need to go out and down the stairs and walk along the garage to get there.

A charming cottage by the sea with a terrace facing the south. The terrace is furnished with a lounge set and bbq. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bath room with shower and incineration toilet. The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan ligger i Fröseke i hjärtat av Småland. Alldeles utanför stugan rinner Alsterån förbi och i dammen vid ån finns en brygga med båt som gäster kan använda. Stugan är en av de äldsta byggnaderna i byn, har bastu och plats för upp till 8 gäster. Här i Glasriket kan man inte bara besöka glasbruken med deras designhistoria, utanför de varma hyttorna finns orörd natur, sjöar, kulturhistoria och 40 minuter bort ligger Östersjön. Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).
