The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
