This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach. Sits on 80 acres for hiking, biking, fishing, bird watching, star gazing, relaxing, and sleeping. Brazos Bend State Park is next door to the property. George Ranch Historical Park in minutes away. Horse pens available also.

This home, off the San Bernard River, is nestled between the "Justin Hurst" and "San Bernard" National Wildlife Refuge; It's a haven for avid anglers and bird watchers alike! A great little getaway to make treasured memories with family and friends. Primary renter must be 21 years or older. The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
