Townhome holiday rentals in Old Town, Alexandria

Loved our stay in DC. The pictures were 100% accurate in describing the home. The home was beautiful and clean on arrival. Our host Clarence was very helpful and highly responsive whenever we needed to get in contact with him,

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Linda's place was very homy and she was a very kind and responsive host. Instructions were very clear, tons of amenities, and clean place. Great for a family of 5. Beautiful patio and clean bathrooms.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

I felt right at home! The plants greeting you at the front stoop are adorable and the home is clearly lovingly maintained :)

This was an amazing location for exploring DC. Several bus stops within a couple blocks so using Metro system was a breeze. Parking was never a problem. The backyard was heavenly! My teenager used the office loft as their hangout. Definitely recommend!

Maggie’s place was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Plus it is close to everything. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and were extremely pleased with everything. The location was perfect. Quick access to the metro as well as restaurants and bars within a short walk. Craig was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!

Kaleab was very inviting! The pictures that are posted online do this home no justice! It is event more amazing in person! The bedroom on the top floor will leave make you jaw drop! There is very thoughtful, nostalgic, and I gather symbolic details in the home that I believe allow you to know a little more about the host. His eye for art and decor is beyond words. The location was very close to Giant, Marshall’s, a wine and liquor store, dollar tree and several chain restaurants/fast food and it was right off the highway! Kaleab, my guest and I will definitely be booking another stay soon! Thank you again for being a GREAT host! “HU, you know!”

An amazing house that was perfect for our family! Christopher made check-in incredibly easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in cap hill!

Very clean, great neighborhood and the owner John was very responsive. Generally he replied within just a few minutes. The location is also very convenient to Reagan National airport and downtown DC. The accommodations were just like the photos and we felt very safe because as I said, it's in a great neighborhood. Lots of families walking around and there's a nice playground halfway down the block. We also walked to the nearby pizza place and there's a coffee shop and grocery store very close as well. We were there for six nights and only once were we unable to find a spot directly in front of the home. In that case, there was a spot across the street just a few doors down. If our travels take us to DC again, we know where to stay.

This rental was a great place to stay while visiting DC and surrounding historical sites. We were walking distance to the metro as well as Old Town Alexandria. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting, cool (humidity was high!) and anything needed was there. The backyard was quaint and such a great place for morning coffee. The host was super helpful with all inquiries and available via phone/text at any time. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful - we didn't have to pack as much and we were able to go home with a suitcase of clean clothes. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to explore DC!

The house and garden were perfect for our needs. The host had made our arrival very pleasant with fresh flowers, a basket of snacks and bottles of water in the fridge. From the townhouse it was a short walk to the grocery store, metro, city centre and many opportunities for walking and cycling.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

This townhouse was wonderful. We had a great time and it was easy to get to the metro and around DC.

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

Traveled here for a work conference at the Gaylord and it worked out great location/wise. Everything was as described. very clean. Joshua is a very proactive host who addressed any inquiries very quickly. The house was equipped with a pack and play which was great for our baby. All the kitchen things you could want were also present and in good shape (there were also spices and cooking oil). Plenty of towels for the hottub and bathrooms. Neighborhood is super cute with a tiny park within walking distance. I would definitely stay again if I have to return to the DC/Alexandria/National Harbor area again (and would also recommend it to anyone who I knew was traveling!).

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the Metro and restaurants. I highly recommend this home, located on a beautiful and historic tree lined street. Elliott was great in giving us tips and always responded quickly. We hope to stay there again.
