This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) PLOMPEBLAD GUESTHOUSE GIETHOORN detached with private entrance on the village canal in the city center of Giethoorn. Luxury accommodation and entirely private. Living room with complete kitchen. Bedroom on the ground floor and a small bedroom on the 2nd floor. Luxurious bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. Outside a covered terrace and a waterfront terrace. Plompeblad also has a Suite that is also completely private. Rent an electric boat that is just around the corner!

Step inside a piece of history! The Wall Left Lodge, originally built in 1637 by the Muurlink family. In the 19th century, the family expanded with a house and that is now our welcoming B&B. Whether you are coming for a short hiking stopover or a longer stay, you are more than welcome. Weerribben-Wieden, Giethoorn, Blokzijl, the Amsterdam Lake District, and numerous hiking and biking routes (including pilgrim routes) are all within easy reach. Let yourself be enchanted by history, nature and hospitality.

Turfschip de Weerribben, maximum 4 people

The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. 'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Breakfast can be added for €15 p.p. per day.

Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts, and you have a large fenced garden at your disposal.

Weerribben Reed Lodge

The completely renovated cottage is located on the edge of our property and overlooks the reed fields of the Weerribben National Park. The large windows give you the feeling that you are part of nature with a diversity of animals in their natural habitat. An ideal base for hikers, cyclists, nature and water lovers. With the accompanying canoes, you can go straight to the water via the backyard to follow one of the canoe routes or simply experience the peace and quiet.
