Many conveniences such as pool, barbecue, jacuzzi, private garden have been considered for you. 4 km to the city center, 5 km to the seaside, 12 km to the Dead Sea coast, 700 meters to the grocery store and 12 km to Kayaköy, there are two sofa beds that open up and become a bed, if you come without a car, if you come without a vehicle, you will be helped in the transfer, have a good holiday, sit back and relax.

the grocery store is 500 meters away ,public transportation is 500 meters , Karaot beach is 2 km away, the green valley waterfall is 3 km , the center of Fethiye is 6 km, Calis beach is 2 km ,and inlice, akmaz, daily and tarry bays are 3 km away,Dalaman airport is 25 minutes away. Havaş and Mutaş buses go to the airport 700 meters below our villas. 2 km away is a village market on Thursdays. Hacros,A101 , Şok and Bim serve our villas. Electricity and water belongs to our guest for monthly rentals.

One of our favourite places we have stayed so far in the whole of Europe. Their hospitality was fantastic!! The space was beautiful, clean, had everything you need, has parking, they have the cutest little dogs, they allowed us to extended, really appreciate. If you are in this area of turkey I would highly recommend!

Thank you very much Mr. Sinan, we had a very nice holiday with my family, it is a place where you can come without hesitation, the cleanliness is excellent, the pools are sheltered, privacy is very important, we are very pleased, the pool was also very clean, everything in the house works, the staff are very warm and friendly, they all do their job with love, their faces are smiling, it is a place where we can come again for the holiday, thank you very much again

Booked Sinan’s place in a rush and ultimately had a very relaxing stay and met with a very hospitable host. Facility has a great location, 10 or so minutes to Fethiye and still very close to Oludeniz and other prominent places to visit by car. Private pool/backyard and breakfast are both big plusses which you can’t really find in the area easily or at this price. Would definitely book again if I visit Fethiye in the future.

The stay was very pleasant for me. It is familiar, friendly and a place of relaxation. The delicious food, both the wide selection for breakfast and dinner was definitely top class. According to my request, I got very fine vegetarian/vegan food. There are extra points for that🤩. Thank you for your warm hospitality.🙏 The house is definitely recommended for those who prefer peace and quiet and good food.
