Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski resorts are not far away, and cross-country ski trails in the Seefeld Olympia region are also easy to reach. Or simply relax at Lake Walchen. Everything your heart desires can be reached in a short time. From now on, the tourist tax is included in the price. There are no additional costs.
