Welcome to our holiday Villa on a beautiful Recreation Park in Sint Maarten NH. With a lovely heated outdoor pool, playground, trampoline and a beautiful Parkhuys with billiards. At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Beach house Alba ligt op de begane grond van dit kleinschalige complex. Aan de achterkant, dus heerlijk rustig en in de ochtend de opgaande zon. Vanaf het appartement loopt u binnen 1 minuut naar de strandafgang. Voor de strandliefhebbers de perfecte plek! De slaapkamer heeft een 2-persoons bed van 160x200cm en de aangrenzende badkamer een wastafel en douche. Binnen 20 minuten fietsen fietst u naar het gezellige centrum van kunstenaarsdorp Bergen.
