Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.
