The sleeping and living areas have an exit to the balcony overlooking the city and the cathedral over the Black Forest in the south as well as green spaces, forest and the lake in front of the house.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.
