A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

20 years ago, we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, in a lot of our own effort. Our 4 children have all breathed a lot of life. Now they have left the nest and left some space. Therefore, we have also furnished this beautiful apartment for you with a toddler. Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
