The apartment is 5 minutes from the highway exit and 5 minutes from the Nobili nursing home. We are halfway between Florence and Bologna, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a few km from the beautiful Regional Park of the Suviana and Brasimone Lakes and on the well-known route "The Wool and Silk Road".

Accanto all'edificio scorre il rio che in passato azionava le macine, e che crea piccole cascate e vasche di acqua limpida e freschissima. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalla Via degli Dei, e dista 25' dal casello di Rioveggio (l'ultimo km è su strada sterrata).
