Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Orleans

The place was perfect and in a great location. Very cozy and comfortable!

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

Really cute place and very clean. The neighborhood is really quiet and felt safe. There were things to do and places to eat just a couple of blocks away. The checkout was probably the easiest I have ever had. Great booking for me and my adult son.

This place was amazing. The perfect spot for a couple trying to get away. Ferry is close by and allowed transport back-and-forth from downtown pretty convenient. If we had a question, it was answered quickly. Love the place. Definitely would stay here again hands-down. Cozy. Comfortable. 🩷

Aimee and Klass have the perfect spot for your NOLA trip. The space is large, open and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a busy day as well as great for taking a break between excursions. The space was impeccable and had everything we needed! The location is top notch, too! There are tons of local shops and cafes in walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Aimee and Klass were the friendliest hosts, always reaching out to make sure we were having a great stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean und had everything we needed. The ferry to cross the Mississippi River is a short walk away. Daniel agreed to let us check out a few hours later. Thanks for your flexibility! Also, great money for value.

We felt welcomed even before we arrived. Ethelyn showed us true Southern hospitality from the very beginning. There was nothing lacking for us at her home—she had everything we needed and more!

Little apartment was perfect for my visit with my Tulane student. Close to everything and lovely neighborhood. Only set back was the ongoing construction in the neighborhood which led to some noise and road closures. Parking would have been an issue but I was usually walking to where I needed to go so not a major set back. Appreciated the extra touches like the water and ample coffee and tea supplies! Would recommend for up to two people looking to visit local sites.

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. We stayed for 3 days and overall an awesome experience! Beautiful home—cozy and spacious enough for our family of 4 that include two little boys who need room to roam freely. Everything was clean and provided, including shampoos and mouthwash which can’t always be found with other hosts. Wonderful parking in front of the place. Getting in and out was easy, had a nice little patio. It’s mosquito season so, of course they were bad, but nothing drastic. The only real issue we had was having internet problems with the TV—we were able to connect it the day we came in but later had to use our hotspot. Doris had mentioned they had just gotten a new system so it’d probably be a little funny. Honestly, wasn’t even that big of a deal and we simply appreciated their honesty and how well they communicated! Wouldn’t take longer than about 15 minutes to respond to a text, which is helpful. Great experience and hope to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place! This home is within walking distance to a bunch of great shops and restaurants which we really appreciate. Our favorite restaurant, Shaya, was just around the corner! The place itself came equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We loved the set up of the Airbnb and it was perfect for us and our newborn. Casey was responsive to every message we sent, and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Orleans!

This was just what I was looking for! It was very close to the painting studio for my workshop, and I could walk to restaurants, a small grocery store, yoga and more. The space was as described. I was able to park on the street in front of the AirBnb. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Kimberley’s condo during our recent trip to New Orleans! The space was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was incredibly comfortable for both myself and my wife, and felt like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. The neighborhood was super walkable and just a short stroll from all the action on Frenchmen Street, plus tons of great bars, restaurants, and music spots. We were able to explore so much of the city on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kimberley was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She made special accommodations for us and always responded quickly and warmly to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough.
