Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

Great location for families with children, especially little children

We had a wonderful holiday with my family in this very cute house where we were welcomed with treats prepared by Ioanna herself. Angelos helped us a lot in everything, we will definitely come again, thank you for everything

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

Marianna, the co-host was very friendly, very welcoming, the place is small but comfortable, cosy and very clean. We had a great time. The only downside was that the beaches we were visiting were a bit far, but there is a public beach which is a walking distance to the apartment. The center of Nikiti is also a bit far but there are places to eat nearby. And when I talk distance, I am talking distance with small kids. Otherwise, nothing is far away from the place for grownups only

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Very nice accommodation. Also nice complex with pool around it. Everything looks like the pictures. Would book the space again. For coffee lovers: There is a Nespresso machine available but only 4 capsules. Tableware (plates/cutlery/cups, etc.) is sufficiently available to have a relaxed breakfast on the terrace and there is also a relatively large refrigerator in the room. The only downside: As soon as the water in the bathroom was not turned on for a few hours, it started to smell pretty bad in the bathroom. As soon as water ran, the smell was gone again.

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. Everyone was very helpful and gave us great tips for the days on the peninsula. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will come back ourselves. Thank you to the whole family. We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing grills and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just totally nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very beautiful. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
