Separate sleeping area with double bed, king size. Perfect for the commuter, holiday or long jumper. Walking distance to swimming. Nice bike and hiking trails. 10 minutes to Ljungskile, torp and Uddevalla c. 30 minutes to Näl, Trollhättan. Bicycle distance to Uddevalla c 6 km. Good bus connections to Uddevalla and Ljungskile. If you have mobile BankID ID, the mini market is located nearby.

Between Uddevalla and Lysekil is this gem. The apartment is located in a separate building. With nature right around the corner in a quiet and protected location. With private parking, and private patio on the patio deck there is also a barbecue. Breakfast eggs can be purchased from our chicken coop Fjäderboa. This quiet oasis is close to all the gems of the coast. Including popular Hafsten with ex high altitude track as well as good swimming opportunities for the family. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust and Tjörn. All are within easy distance.

Take the morning swim, follow the sunset from the rocks or in the swimming bay. Buy fresh seafood or why not fish your own dinner! The sea gives dramatic views in all weather, all year round! Stunning viewpoints over the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many interesting places along the bohus coast. The location can't be any more amazing! Don't forget fishing rod!

Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Cozy apartment with proximity to forest and sea.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in autumn :) The apartment has an amazing patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10km to Lysekils city centre. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Fina promenadvägar i området samt närhet till Lysekil ( 9 km ), ca 3-4 mil återfinns smultronställen såsom Nordens Ark, Kungshamn, Fjälbacka, Smögen. Handelsman Flinks på Skaftö, där EvertTaube hade śin vistelse under somrarna, där han bland annat skrev visan "Maj på Malö" En flicka som Taube var förälskad i.

Jenny was a great host and made us very welcome. The cabin was functional and peaceful and fitted our needs for a short-stay visit to see friends in the area. Easy check-in and walking / cycling distance (approx 2km) to the sea for swimming. Thank you.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

We happily recommend this little gem of a guesthouse in Utby. Photos don’t do justice to the spectacular views from the large deck and cozy living room. Modern and clean and a good location for exploring the west coast archipelago. The guesthouse is separate to/ below the host’s home but it’s a private and tranquil place to stay. Welcome treats left for our arrival with helpful notes and local suggestions was a lovely gesture by fabulous hosts. Linen was kindly provided on request. Entry is via steep steps, and bed is located in the mezzanine (fan is provided) plus a nice sofa bed also available if you don’t like low ceiling spaces. Parking for 2 cars was great. The stunning water views were a highlight of our trip, thanks Nicolina and Alexander for a wonderful stay!

Gunnel & Tom’s house really felt like a home. We had lots of space and everything we need. The kids (and us 😃) enjoyed all the puzzles and games and the amazing view out onto the fjord the most! Gunnel & Tom were the perfect hosts - very kind and helpful! We would love to come back one day!
