In the house there is a double bed 180 cm, a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, Wi-Fi and TV. Bed linens and towels are included. Laundry room is available to use in another farm building. 2 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Final cleaning is included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to the recreational area with outdoor gym/Fallebo farm. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people

The basement apartment has its own south-facing patio and a nice garden bordering the forest. Two large bedrooms with wardrobe and TV with Chromecast and living room with sofa bed and armchair. Simply furnished but still functional. The kitchen has everything you could wish for, which also includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

The house has one bedroom with two beds, a loft with a 140 cm mattress, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room combined with a kitchenette & dining area. In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. Towels and bed linen are not included. No pets and no smoking indoors. Welcome!

Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, (no Wi-Fi) are available. Discover all the farm's chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog and rabbits. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forests. About 2 km from here, you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's World.

Newly built guest house "Ludwig" in Västervik/Gränsö

Bara några minuter från centrala Västervik ligger Gränsö naturreservat, en havsnära halvö där naturen får ta plats. I ett lugnt område hyr vi ut vårt gästhus med viss utsikt över vattnet och naturen som närmaste granne. Här vaknar du till glittrande hav och fågelkvitter och somnar till stillheten från skogen. Flertalet badplatser finns och den närmaste hittar man ca hundrafemtio meter från gästhuset. Vandringsleder kan du kliva på direkt runt husknuten.

Fräsch och fin liten stuga som ligger lantligt i vackra strövområden. Sängarna består av en familjesäng d.v.s. en våningssäng, 90 cm bred uppe och 140 cm nere, så plats finns för 3 personer. Barnstol finns. Det finns gott om plats utomhus där man kan grilla och umgås. Nära till fiske i Emån och golfbana. Närmaste livsmedelsbutik i Fliseryd , 6 km bort. Välkomna till vackra Västervik! Huset på 30 kvm innehåller ett fullutrustat kök, ett komplett badrum med dusch, Sovrum med 2 bäddar och sovloft för 2 personer. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Gästerna bäddar själva. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
