Christina and Marco were wonderful hosts. They both were extremely active and were very accommodative for any requests. The house was neat, spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit out of the city and hard to reach at late nights due to less connectivity. Other than that, the space offers a free parking, great internet connectivity for workcation and a calm neighbourhood. Overall a very positive experience and you feel right at home!

The stay at Andrea's house went more than well! Very kind host, super helpful. The house is very clean and in a really quiet area. We stayed during very hot days and the presence of the air conditioners really saved our lives. Andrea also gave us a lot of tips about the surrounding area that turned out to be very valuable. It is close to Florence and other places of interest. Recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights at Monica's house, from the first moment we had a great time, the place is super quiet, perfect for those who want to stay in peace and detached from the big cities, it is about 30 minutes from Florence, the only flaw perhaps is the access to the parking lot and the house, which is done through a climb that is not lit at night, otherwise everything is perfect.

Excellent experience. Daria was immediately super helpful and kind. He welcomed us by providing us with all the useful information we needed. The new apartment, clean and equipped with all comforts, very close to the Visarno arena that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We would like to emphasize the utmost kindness and availability that is never taken for granted.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean. Only problem was parking. They didnt have parking lot.

We love the place. A home away from home. The place is good for small family like us (3). Very clean and well maintained. It is also complete with amenities. The apartment is accessible to all transportations and supermarket. Our host, Claudia, is one of the nicest person we've met in Florence. Very responsive and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Florence.

I absolutely loved staying here! The Airbnb looks just like the photos, beautiful. Great location, very walkable. Near landmarks, restaurants, shops but not in the loud city area. The main door and apartment door both open by touchpad/codes so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. There is a washer, drying rack and iron which was extremely helpful as I was halfway through my Italy trip and needed to wash. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was worth every penny. The place matched the pictures, if not better. Everything was very clean and the communication was impeccable. We felt at home from the first moment. Be it the complete equipment (kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, etc.) or the location (a few minutes to Firenze Rifredi train station (5 minutes to S.M.N. train station)), this accommodation can be 100% recommended. Diana's spot was great place to stay during our time in Florence! She provided very clear instructions for check in, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all of the amenities, including tea and three ways to make coffee, and a full set up to cook meals (with a LIDL a 10 minute walk away). The apartment is a little ways out of town, but it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the tram line to take in to city center (maybe 25-30 minute ride?). We also appreciated the aircon in the bedroom for restful sleep. We would definitely come here again!

It is close to Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence. It was 1 stop by tram and I could walk. The apartment was the same as the photos, and it was clean, spacious, and nice. The bed was also comfortable. It was nice to rest on the terrace in the morning, and the sun shone well on the terrace in the afternoon, so the laundry dried quickly. Overall, everything was good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laura was a great host, always helpful and available. We were greeted at the accommodation by her parents, Carla and Fabrício, lovely, kind and friendly people. They showed us the entire space and gave us several directions about the place and the surroundings. We needed an iron and Laura promptly asked her mother to take us, we were treated very well, the place is impeccable, better than in the photos, spacious, organized and complete. We will definitely come back more often, I highly recommend it👏🏼

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
