Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc. can be reached quickly. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The north is about 10 minutes by car and the north dike about 15 minutes. There are beautiful beaches and the Wadden Sea as well as the ferry terminal of the East Frisian Islands. The fishing village of Greetsiel is approx. 17 km away. There are also beautiful bike routes to explore the beautiful area. Arrival/departure by train is no problem, the train station is about 1.3 km from the property

Our vacation home "Alte Schmiede" in Osteel was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Marienhafe apartment is about 80 square meters. The apartment is furnished in a modern country house style and is located on the 1st floor. All rooms are on one level. A large garden of about 1300 square meters invites you to romp and relax. This is accessible to all three apartments.

Apartment on the East Frisian North Sea coast

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.
