Beachfront holiday rentals in Ostia

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, ai mezzi pubblici e ai negozi. Tutto è stato comodo e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

If you want to stay in a peaceful place. This is the one . You can walk to local restaurants and grocery stores stores in Ladispoli- it’s quiet a walk. public transportations are not easily accessible.

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot!

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Прекрасный отдых в Ладисполи! Мы провели незабываемый отдых в Ладисполи, и это место превзошло все наши ожидания! Квартира была идеально расположена — всего в нескольк. минутах ходьбы от пляжа и местных ресторанов. Очень уютная, чистая и полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Appartamento ben arredato di tutte le comodità e la descrizione nell’annuncio rispetta la realtà. Un terrazzo grande con vista sulla piazza pedonale e il mare come sfondo è tutto quello che desideri per passare delle serate in perfetto relax! Nadia è un host empatico che mi ha accolto con calore facendomi sentire subito come a casa. Un soggiorno breve ma di reale impatto. Sicuramente tornerò in questa oasi di pace.

This place felt like home! Very conveniently located next to the market, supermarket. You can find all the necessary things for your stay in this apartment. The host was very helpful and attentive.

Stadsplan van Ostia en Rome met trein en metroverbindingen was voorhanden bij aankomst + boekjes met bezienswaardigheden. In tegenstelling tot wat we dachten is de bus (35 min.) véél sneller om de verbinding met de luchthaven te maken dan de trein + metro (bijna 2 u). Prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanop het terras (op straat is de zee moeilijker te zien door de afsluitingen van de betalende stranden). Betaalbare bistro's, restaurants en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Zeker de moeite waard.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. 🤩 Sie war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Erforderliche war vorhanden. Von der Dachterrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer.

We enjoyed our stay very much and Tiziano was a charming host who was very helpful throughout our stay as well as before and after.
