Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

This place in Rome is an absolute must for first-time visitors, and from here you will continue to stay. It is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the main train station, and about a 6-minute walk to metro lines 3 and 8, which provide easy access to all major attractions throughout the city. This makes getting around Rome, as well as traveling to and from the airports, very straightforward and convenient. Nearby, you’ll find a cozy café/bar right on the corner, perfect for grabbing a refreshing drink before heading back to the apartment. What truly distinguishes this place is Lacopo’s exceptional hospitality and unwavering attention to detail. He goes well beyond standard customer service by offering invaluable local insights, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure your visit is not only safe but also deeply enjoyable and memorable. During check in, he spends time providing you with a map and providing us with coffee. True hospitality from the start!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—even thoughtful touches like extra plugs and umbrellas. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is excellent—close to all the major attractions and the city center. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking, but taxis or Ubers might be more convenient if not. We rented a Vespa and found it to be the perfect way to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's apartment! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the washer, he went above and beyond to resolve it, even making a trip down when remote assistance didn't work. The apartment had everything we needed, making us feel right at home (this was our 1st trip to Europe). We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to his place on our next trip to Rome. Thanks again, Mattia, for your hospitality!

I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment, super clean, easy to find and great communication with David. Perfect location in the centre of Rome, ideal for sightseeing and going out for dinner. Beautiful high ceilings and much needed aircon. We had a lovely trip, thank you.

Carls apartment was perfect for our 5 day visit in Rome. Being so centrally located was key to exploring all that the city has to offer. Carl was a wonderful host as well he made sure we had an easy time checking in, provided great restaurant recommendations and ensured we felt right at home. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

We had an amazing stay at Armanda’s place in Trastevere! From the very beginning, Armanda was a fantastic and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. She was kind, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere—one of the most charming and vibrant neighborhoods in Rome. The area felt very safe, and we loved being able to walk to so many beautiful sites, including Piazza Santa Maria, the Tiber River, and even the Vatican. There are countless delicious restaurants, gelato shops, and cafés just steps away, not to mention convenient access to public transportation. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Armanda’s place to anyone looking for an authentic Roman stay in one of the city’s most lively and picturesque neighborhoods!

Evin içeriside fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi yeni ve bizim 3 kişilik ailemizin tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşıladı. Ayrıca çok yakınında Carrefour olması büyük avantaj. Tekrar Roma’ya gelirsek mutlaka bu yerde kalmak isteriz…

Alessandro and Maya provided clear check in instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Their place is very bright, clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a secure gated building with a beautifully landscaped walkway from the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea when we returned from exploring. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it was really nice having a half bath on the 1st floor. Although the neighborhood is not in the heart of the action, it felt safe and is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy and convenient to get around by taxi or Uber. Despite some reviewers comments about the nearby zoo, we slept soundly and were never bothered by animal noises.

Nous étions pourtant en retard, arrivés à + de 22h , et Catharine a quand même pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous faire visiter l’appartement, nous guider pour notre séjour, nous donner une grande quantité d’informations pour nos déplacements . Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Livia’s place is the ideal spot when you want a beautiful apartment that’s not smack in the middle of the super busy / touristy areas. The apartment had everything we needed and everything looks so beautiful. We were an easy bus/metro/tram ride away from every place we wanted to visit. The area is perfect for cafes, restaurants etc. Would definitely book again, highly recommended :)

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him.
