We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Apartment on the Colonnade in Old Town City Center

This 20m² apartment is located right in the center of the spa town on the wooden colonnade and is ideal for couples and friends. It’s a cozy space featuring a sofa bed and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. The apartment includes a small, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are, of course, available. Although the apartment is located in the very heart of the Colonnade, its layout with windows facing the courtyard ensures a quiet and restful sleep.

The Mountain Loft Klinovec - with infrasauna

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

FREE PARKING. The apartment is located in the city center 200m from the bus station. It is equipped with bathroom , bedroom, kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included. A beautiful walk around the Alžbětín Lázně and the Hotel Thermal through Sadová and Mlýnská colonnade can be reached by Wřidl. Our healing springs are a 15 minute walk away. You will find BILLA shops, ALBERT , cafes, restaurants , nightclubs. There is one next door where music can sometimes be heard.

The apartment is located in Tannenberg (Erzgebirge), a quiet village not far from the large district town of Annaberg-Buchholz in the Christmas region of Erzgebirge. Apartment approx. 80 square meters with kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and small conservatory as well as an associated terrace.
