Luxury holiday home located in Ladram bay with sea views, close to all the parks amenities in a quiet location. The lodge has 2 private parking spaces (+ extra passes) a small garden area and the most spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the balcony around the lodge. Inside you will find a modern interior; two bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet, sink and shower then a separate family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto an expansive decking area.

Brandy Head Observation Post

Stay in a unique and stunning location! Brandy Head sits on the South West Coast Path east of Budleigh Salterton. This historic World War 2 landmark has been sensitively restored to provide comfortable off-grid accommodation. There are simple cooking and washing facilities. The wood burner gets the whole building warm so it is fantastic all year round. The views of the Jurassic Coast and the sea are always amazing. Great for wildlife and walking. Parking is a 10 minute walk away.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!
