In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker.
