Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Maison de 80m2, dans un quartier calme et éclairé. Elle est située à moins d’1km de la mer soit 13min à pied et est équipée de 3 chambres ( 2 lits double + 1 lit simple ) avec un canapé lit. Terrasse avec vue sur les champs exposé sud. Le linge de lits et de toilette sont fournis. Toutes commodités à 2 min en voiture. J’habite à 3min en vélo si besoin. Ps : 2 vélos adultes et 2 enfants disponibles sur demande (5e les 4 ).
