Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Absolutely perfect for longer stays, especially for work trips. I travel for work to this area and will absolutely be back. :)

The location was wonderful and the space was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time and allow me to connect with my family that lived in Santa Clarita. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place! Cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. Joey responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would suggest is that specific instructions for the heating/ac/wifi be placed somewhere and it be suggested that if renters have any disabilities or mobility issues the steps be defined better. Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Roza's place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the balcony and the beach was only minutes away. The area is safe and very quiet. Roza had everything needed for our stay. The grounds around the condo were immaculate. I would recommend Roza's place for a nice place to stay.

The apt is in the first floor so is easy to move things in n out, close to the parking lot and near to the beach .. the apt inside was clean and have all necessary equipment in the kitchen bathrooms and rooms .. very nice and comfortable place .. we really enjoyed staying in the place ..

My stay at Robbie’s place was great! The house was clean and comfortable, and just as described. The highlight was definitely the backyard and pool/ Spa absolutely amazing! The kids had a blast swimming and playing outside, and it was the perfect spot for relaxing in the evenings. Robbie was a responsive and friendly host. We’d definitely come back!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

Our family members had the opportunity to utilize this beautiful home as we celebrated our Granddaughters graduation… beautiful home, beautiful location, very quiet and secure…it totally supplied our families expectations .. thank you for allowing us to utilize this property..

This is our second time staying at Ken’s home for an annual conference. The beds are comfortable, space is clean and we like that the sleeping area is separate from living space so those who stay up later don’t wake the others. We will be back.

The house is perfect. It’s very comfortable with amazing views and gardens. The hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating. This is our second stay with the hosts and I’m sure there will be more. A+ in every way.

Dream closet, massage chair, multi-angle shower, kitchen, furniture—even the laundry room. One of the powder rooms had striking tilework and a sleek black marble sink with a seamless, “invisible” drain and dial-style faucet handles—it was a space that was small yet felt like its own art show. The grounds are peaceful, with spots for sunset views and stargazing; you can see the Six Flags coasters by day and city lights glowing below at night. It feels like a weekend escape, yet it’s less than 5 miles to a grocery store and under 10 miles to Six Flags and the mall. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, and the host was warm, responsive, and truly cared about our comfort. A heartfelt thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🌟
