Holiday rentals with a patio in Oxnard

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We were at Mila's for a weekend and had a great time. It was a beautiful and comfortable space though we didn't get to spend much time outside.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

If you are looking for a walkable location to the beach and the many shops in Santa Monica look no further. This Airbnb is in the best location! Shawn was a great host and the place was as described in the bio. Will definitely be back when I visit the area again.

Nili is a superb hostess. We have what we needed in the house. The house was immaculately clean. Celebrated my son’s graduation and my visitors have high regards on how the place looks and the area was in a nice location. Stayed for 3 days and no problem was encountered.

The home was exactly as described, and it worked so well for our two families to share. The setting along the water was very peaceful and relaxing. We were so appreciative to be able to take the kayaks out and enjoy some downtime in the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed eating together on the deck. The home is walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, and a lovely harbor community. I only wish we had more time to stay. Tiana was incredibly responsive and understanding.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Lovely house in a great location. The house was very comfortable and we had fun with the foosball table. The location was great as we could walk/cycle to the shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was peaceful.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The house is decorated and styled in a way that feels like home. It’s comfortable, clean, and filled with amenities. There is so much to do. The while family was entertained and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. There were extra touches like oatmeal packets and chips left for us. The lights were on and music playing on the TV when we arrived. It was very welcoming, we will be back for sure!

I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and all the little touches made it feel warm and welcoming. The location was perfect close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated how easy check-in was, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout my stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The condo is beautiful and very, comfortable. We felt safe and secure.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
