Cosy town house which is larger than average size.. immaculately decorated throughout with well thought out quality furnishings/decor. Located right on the bowling green with all amenities close to hand.. the park, memorial park, leisure centre/pool and therefore centrally located for local shops and pubs. Padiham also boasts super access for the motorway networks and easy links to the Ribble Valley & Pendle. There’s unfortunately no designated parking but always plenty of on street available

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.
