Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo.
