Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I came to Vero Beach to spend the weekend at the beach and the location was only a 5 minute drive to south beach park. Also some great restaurants nearby.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Shawn’s place was quit cozy and fit our family perfectly. The pool was a nice bonus. We were only here one night but would def stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were a big hit for both the kids and adults. Private beautiful home with a swimming pool and many other things to keep the kids busy. Home was very spacious with clean bathrooms. Love the kitchen area. Spacious and bright. Beautiful back yard with a pool and hot tub. I enjoyed relaxing in hot tub every night after enjoying the hot sun. Peaceful and quiet. Temps for hot tub could have been a tad hotter. Overall this home was exceptional.

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs loved staying here. There was so much to do in the area and we had a great trip, but even just staying at the house was a highlight. The pool was perfect and the backyard was the perfect area for our dogs to play. Kenneth was very communicative and had great recommendations. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and peaceful with easy access to the interstate. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to staying again when I come back.

This house was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrated our youngest high school graduation. It’s located 5 minutes for Publix, 10 minutes for Wabasso Beach (beautiful spot and very peaceful) as well as located in a quite and friendly neighborhood. The hosts had all the goodies and beyond for our short stay (we wish we had the time to spend a few more nights). Overall the host is a perfect 5 stars. Excellent communicator, very sweet and flexible as well as going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you Christine for allowing us to enjoy your charming home. We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

Spectacular home.There is plenty of room to relax and play (our family loved the pool table and the arcade games) .The outdoor space is ideal for hot summer days with a refreshing and super clean pool and outdoor couches. The bathrooms were super clean and the master bathroom is simply spectacular. Kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked a few meals and found all utensils we needed. All rooms are very comfortable and modernly furnished. Beds are comfortable. Many high end details are a nice touch. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe (I was walking our dog at night). Shopping center with many stores is less than 5 minutes away so it is convenient. Beach is about 15 minutes away. Paradise beach had plenty of free parking and we enjoyed it. William is SUPER helpful. We had a few questions when we arrived and a small issue with bed linens and he responded immediately with professionalism and care. Thank you! Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at Pete’s Place while in town for a baseball tournament, and had a fantastic experience. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — even leaving a thoughtful good luck note for our son, which meant a lot. She was incredibly friendly, checked in just the right amount, and offered helpful local recommendations without being intrusive. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. While other families on our team encountered issues like bugs at their rentals, we had no such problems — everything was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We would highly recommend Pete’s Place to anyone visiting the area. It truly stood out as a top-notch stay.
