Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

We stayed at this place for 3 days while organising an event in Santa Clara. The place turned out to be perfect for us as it was quite spacious, both inside and out. It’s also located in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Also, I rented a 4Runner and was afraid of the parking situation but to my pleasant surprise I was able to easily park inside the compound. More than the place, I’m impressed with Rainee and Steven, who were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to help us out with some power tools that we needed during our stay. I’m really grateful for that

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

We found John’s place to be quiet with no traffic at all. We approached the washer & dryer. When asked, John quickly brought us an iron and ironing board. We felt fortunate to be there.

This stay was beautiful, Raj & Monika were very helpful and communicative with us. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to help solve it. The view was amazing as well and the restaurants nearby were wonderful. 10/10!

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Palo Alto. Can cook or prepare meals if you want as it has a full Kitchen. Allocated parking space a plus as street parking not always availible. Close to Highway exits, 101, so easy to drive to San Jose or San Franscico. You will need a car if you stay at this location. I recommend it once you read the reviews so you know what to expect.

A beautiful house on a quiet and shady street. Half a block from a great coffee shop, and an easy walk to downtown Palo Alto. Would definitely stay again!

My husband, sister, and I had a wonderful 5-day stay while in California for our daughter’s graduation. Our hosts, Sophie and Jennifer, were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was spotless and well set up, with a beautiful sunlit kitchen nook, a sizable well-equipped kitchen, and a desk for work. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay! Jenny is the perfect host she accommodated all our needs and requests prior to our stay and during. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable very clean and functional. Would highly recommend the place !!!

We booked Tracy's place for a family memorial, and it was the perfect fit. The kitchen was excellent for entertaining. The beds were comfortable, and we were in walking distance to groceries, cafes, and nearby parks. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to excellent restaurants. I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Santa Row, San Jose, and it was nothing short of fantastic! Santa Row is home to a variety of upscale shops and boutiques, making it a shopper's paradise. Whether you're looking for high-end fashion, unique gifts, or the latest tech gadgets, you'll find it all within walking distance. The convenience of having such a diverse selection of stores right at your doorstep is a huge plus. Speaking of walkability, the area is incredibly pedestrian-friendly. Strolling through Santa Row, you’ll find beautifully landscaped streets, making it a joy to explore on foot. The proximity of cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues means you can easily grab a bite or enjoy a drink without needing to drive. This makes it particularly appealing for tourists and locals alike.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
